ternia.bio is published by Nebula Technology Lab Limited, a private company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Registered number 10588. TERNIA is our product.
Clause 2. This site is information, not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, an invitation to invest, or a recommendation to do either. Nothing on it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
We describe a company that is raising money. That is a statement of fact about what we are doing, not an invitation to you to take part in it. Any actual investment would follow a separate process, with proper documentation, and would be open only to investors who are eligible under the rules that apply to them and to us.
If you are interested, tell us who you are and we will take it from there.
Clause 3. What we claim, and what we do not
The technical results on this site are real measurements from named public benchmarks, and where a figure comes from someone else we name the source beside it. The business figures, among them the pilot fee range, the pilot revenue target and the use of funds, are plans and targets rather than results. We do not mark these individually, so read any figure that is not a benchmark measurement or a cited source as our own estimate.
Statements about what we intend to do, what we expect to earn, or how a pilot might go are forward looking. They are our honest current view. They are not promises and they may turn out to be wrong.
Do not make a decision that matters to you on the strength of this page alone. If you are considering working with us or investing, ask us for the underlying material and check it yourself. We would rather you did.
To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that anything on this site is complete, accurate or up to date, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.
Clause 4. Our intellectual property
The content of this site, including the text, the figures, the charts, the TERNIA and Nebula Technology Lab names and the marks and logos, belongs to Nebula Technology Lab Limited or is used by us with permission.
You may read it, and you may quote short passages with attribution if you are writing about us.
You may not copy, republish or redistribute the substance of this site, or present our results as your own. You may not use it to train, fine tune or evaluate a machine learning model, and you may not scrape it for text or data mining. We expressly reserve our rights against text and data mining and against use for machine learning, under every law that lets us do so.
The two preprints we cite are published on arXiv under arXiv's own terms. Those terms govern the papers. These terms do not.
Clause 5. Anything we send you is confidential
If we send you a pitch deck, a technical memo, results, or anything else that is not on this public page, it is confidential and it is unpublished.
Keep it to yourself and the people in your organisation who need to see it. Do not forward it, post it, publish it or feed it into a system that will retain it.
This matters more than the usual boilerplate. Some of what we would share with you is unpublished technical work on which we are still deciding what to protect. Disclosing it can permanently destroy rights that nobody can get back afterwards, including ours and, if we work together, potentially yours.
Clause 6. Links to other places
Where we link to somewhere else, we are pointing at it, not endorsing it, and we do not control what it says.
Clause 7. Availability
We will keep the site up as best we can. We do not guarantee it will always be available, and we may change or remove any of it without telling you.
Clause 8. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
